Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the Confidra programme. Please read them before reserving a place.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Confidra programme is provided by Confid Health Private Limited (formerly Kosha Ops Cloud Private Limited), CIN U86909KA2025PTC211795, registered office No. 9/18, 2nd Cross, Chinamma Layout, Madiwala, Bangalore South, Bengaluru — 560068, Karnataka, India (“Confidra”, “we”, “us”). By reserving a place or enrolling, you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

Confidra is a structured wellness and recovery programme delivered under the clinical oversight of NMC-registered medical practitioners, in accordance with the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. It combines physician consultations, pharmacist-led medication review, nutrition and lifestyle planning, laboratory work through partner laboratories, and continuous non-clinical support from a named Programme Guide.

All diagnosis, prescription and protocol decisions are made by the registered Medical Director and the NMC-registered specialist team. Confidra’s own role is operational, technological and care-coordination — never clinical.

3. What the service is not

  • It is not an emergency or acute care service. In a medical emergency, call 108 or attend your nearest emergency department.
  • It is not a replacement for your existing treating physician. It runs alongside your existing care.
  • Confidra does not claim to cure, treat, or reverse any medical condition. Individual results vary.
  • It is not an insurance product, and it does not dispense medicines.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • The programme is open to adults managing diabetes of any type. A co-existing condition is not a bar to joining.
  • You must be able to take part in scheduled consultations and check-ins, and be reachable in a service area where home sample collection is available.
  • Final acceptance is a clinical decision. Your physician may advise at the Day 0 consultation that the programme is not appropriate for you, in which case you receive a full refund under our refund policy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate and complete information about your health, medicines and history.
  • Continue any care and medicines prescribed by your existing physicians unless a treating physician advises otherwise.
  • Do not use Confidra channels for emergencies.
  • Keep your account and communications secure, and tell us promptly if your contact details change.

6. Fees, payment and service delivery

  • A ₹999 reservation holds your place in the next intake and books your first consultation. It is credited in full against your programme fee.
  • Programme fees start at ₹14,999 for 90 days. The applicable programme is confirmed with your physician at your first consultation.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store card details.
  • Shipping and delivery: Confidra is a service and no physical goods are shipped. Consultations, plans and summaries are delivered digitally, and laboratory sample collection takes place at your address at scheduled times.
  • Refunds, cancellations and pauses are governed by our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Clinical records and data

Clinical records are maintained in accordance with applicable medical-records retention norms, and personal data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as set out in our privacy policy. Your records remain yours and can be shared with your own physician on request.

8. Intellectual property

The Confidra name, the Confidra mark, this website and all programme materials are the property of Confid Health Private Limited. Materials provided to you are for your personal use in connection with the programme and may not be redistributed or resold.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end participation where a member behaves abusively toward our team or clinicians, where information given to us is materially false, where continued participation is clinically inappropriate, or where fees remain unpaid. Where we end participation for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion of your programme fee on a pro-rata basis.

10. Liability

Clinical responsibility for clinical decisions rests with the treating registered medical practitioner. Confidra is responsible for the operational, technological and administrative delivery of the programme. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Complaints
