Clinical governance
Every diagnosis, prescription and protocol decision sits with Confidra’s registered Medical Director and NMC-registered specialist team, under the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Confidra’s role is operational, technological and care-coordination — never clinical.

First tele-review
Your physician looks at how the plan is holding in real life and adjusts it. Included on Plus and Continuum.
Day 60
Second tele-review
A second adjustment with your physician, informed by what your Guide has seen day to day. Included on Plus and Continuum.
Day 90
Day 90 review
Repeat lab work and a full review with your physician — your numbers side by side with Day 0, and a written plan for what comes next.
Additional clinical panels are never run by default. They are ordered only where your treating physician judges them clinically appropriate for you.

Your Programme Guide is not a doctor. Guides never advise on medication, dosage, symptoms, diagnosis, test interpretation or treatment. They handle accountability, habits and logistics, and escalate anything clinical to your physician. Confidra is not an emergency service — in an emergency, call 108.

Holds every clinical decision: diagnosis, prescription, protocol and any change to your plan. Sets the plan at Day 0 and reviews it at each scheduled review.

Your clinical pharmacist
Reviews your full medication list, explains what each medicine is doing and how they work together, and raises anything that needs your physician’s attention. Works under the physician’s authority and does not prescribe.

Your Programme Guide
A named, non-clinical guide who stays with you for the full 90 days — daily check-ins, weekly calls, habits and logistics. Never gives clinical advice; escalates anything medical to your physician.

Fees, refunds and pauses
- Programmes from ₹14,999 for 90 days — your doctor confirms the right fit at your first consultation.
- Seven-day cooling-off. Cancel within 7 days of payment and before your Day 0 consultation for a 100% refund.
- Doctor-fit gate. If the Day 0 doctor advises the programme is not right for you, you receive a full refund.
- One pause of up to 30 days per programme.
- The ₹999 reservation stays independently refundable and is credited in full against your programme fee.
