Any adult managing diabetes — any type, at any stage. Other conditions alongside it are not a bar to joining; your physician takes them into account when building your plan.

You should be able to take part in scheduled consultations and check-ins over the next three months, and be in or around Bengaluru for home lab collection.

Programmes start at ₹14,999 for 90 days — your doctor confirms the right fit at your first consultation. Confidra Plus 90 is ₹21,999 and Confidra Continuum 365 is ₹49,999 a year, or ₹13,999 charged quarterly.

Every price is published on the programme page, with what each one includes. The ₹999 reservation is credited in full against whichever you choose.

Different people need different amounts of physician contact and lab work, and pretending otherwise would mean charging everyone for the most intensive version. Your doctor confirms which programme fits at your Day 0 consultation, so you are not guessing before anyone has seen your file.

You have a seven-day cooling-off window after payment and before your Day 0 consultation for a 100% refund. Separately, if the Day 0 doctor advises the programme is not right for you, you receive a full refund.

No, and it is not designed to. Confidra runs alongside your existing care. Your records stay yours, and Continuum members receive an annual physician summary letter written for their own family doctor.

Every member has a named Programme Guide from the Confidra care team: daily WhatsApp check-ins six days a week, a weekly call, and help with habits and logistics across the full 90 days.

Your Guide is not a doctor, never makes clinical decisions, and escalates anything medical to your physician under an agreed protocol.

NMC-registered specialists, named with their registration numbers on our about page. Clinical leadership spans internal medicine, urology and endocrinology, and every clinical decision sits with the registered Medical Director and the specialist team.

Consultations are telehealth-first and run under the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. You are sent a scheduled link, your identity and consent are verified before the first consultation, and your physician arranges in-person review wherever it is clinically indicated.

A partner-lab technician collects your sample at home, at the points included in your programme. Your physician reviews the results with you rather than sending a report on its own.

Any panel beyond those listed in your programme is ordered only where your treating physician judges it clinically appropriate for you.

Your data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on approved systems, and is never sold. Clinical records are retained per applicable medical-records norms.

A daily check-in takes a couple of minutes. There is one weekly call with your Programme Guide, and physician consultations are scheduled in advance around your working hours.
